Returns and Refunds

We're confident you will love your new items but please contact us if you have any issues regarding your product.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We will exchange or refund in full any damaged items or if you are not happy with the item, Simply email us at info@pinkpenstudio.com and then send your item back in it's original packaging for a full refund or exchange.  Please note this can take up to 10 days to process.

We do not cover the cost of return postage.

Information I collect to fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information which you authorised to provide to me, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

• I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes. I  keep your data for the following time period: 4 years. ​ This does not apply to subscription to newsletters as this can be revoked by the owner of the data at anytime.​
